I am a committed counselor dedicated to assisting individuals in reaching their personal goals. Many individuals encounter challenges in their lives, leading to feelings of being stuck and powerless. These challenges may pertain to personal, social, educational, professional, and/or financial aspects of one’s well-being. By employing cognitive-behavioral therapy, reality therapy, EMDR, and solution-focused therapy, individuals can openly discuss their concerns in a confidential and secure environment. I am firm in my belief that counseling can empower individuals to achieve their goals and rediscover happiness in their lives. My counseling services encompass individuals, couples, families, and groups, catering to people of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. I offer flexible morning and afternoon appointments, and a sliding scale is available.

Couples and Family Counseling

Individual Counseling

Individual counseling offers a personalized and confidential setting for individuals to explore and address personal challenges, emotional concerns, and life transitions. In this one-on-one therapeutic relationship, clients can freely express their thoughts and feelings, gaining insights into their behaviors and thought patterns. EMDR

EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a therapeutic approach designed to help individuals process distressing memories and alleviate the associated emotional distress. By engaging in bilateral stimulation, typically through guided eye movements, individuals can reprocess traumatic experiences and integrate them more adaptively. EMDR is particularly effective in addressing conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) but is also utilized for a range of other issues, including anxiety, phobias, and certain forms of grief.
